Your precious rugs will be picked up from our professionals, carefully tagged with your name and information. On arrival on the plant they will be first inserted in to machinery to remove any loose dust and debris from the rugs. The second process will be a careful through inspection for any spots or stains. The stains will be treated with neutral solutions to prevent any browning from high levels of pH. After the hole rug will be pre treated with cleaning solutions while inserted in our in plant steam cleaning machinery (shown in the picture below). As the rug comes out on the other side water will be extracted and the rugs will be treated with conditioner and the fringes will be washed by hand to give them back the fresh beautiful look. After the rugs will be hanged and fully dry through air movement blowers. When the area rug is completely dry we will roll it (or fold it on your request) and will call you to arrange an appointment with you for the delivery. We sells few kinds of under-pads
